Listing-ready yards on a short timeline

Galapagos gets yards ready to list, show and rent in Celebration, Davenport, Four Corners, ChampionsGate and Clermont: cleanups, fresh mulch, sod patches, palm trimming and pressure washing, scheduled around your photo date, with before-and-after photos and one invoice to whoever is paying.

The details

First impressions sell

Buyers scroll past listing photos in seconds, and the first one is usually the front of the house. Overgrown shrubs, a patchy lawn and a stained driveway are the cheapest things in the photo to fix, and the most visible.

A pre-listing checklist

Most homes need some of these, not all. We walk the yard (or look at your photos) and quote only what makes a difference:

  • yard cleanup: leaves, fallen fronds, weeds in beds and cracks, overgrown corners
  • shrubs trimmed back from windows and walks, so the house looks bigger
  • fresh mulch and clean bed edges
  • dead patches replaced with new sod where watering can keep it alive
  • palms cleaned of brown fronds and fruit
  • pressure washing of the drive, walks and entry

Common questions

Questions from agents and investors

Can you work at a vacant listing without the seller there?

Yes. Share gate or lockbox instructions for the outside areas, and we send photos when the work is done.

Who gets the invoice: the agent, the seller or the investor’s company?

Whoever you tell us. The invoice goes to the person or company paying, with a private link to view it, and can be paid by Zelle, ACH, cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App or credit and debit card.

Can you keep the yard maintained until the house sells?

Yes. After the pre-listing cleanup, a weekly or every-other-week visit keeps the lawn showing-ready, and you can stop it when the house closes.

Can I send photos with my quote request?

Yes, and they help. Add them in the last step of the quote tool, or text them after you call.

How do I get a price?

Call (407) 577-6400 or use the free quote tool. Tell us the address and what you need; we confirm the lawn size and condition and give you a price before any work starts.
